Romantic, whimsical ruffle capris and pants! Not just one ruffle, 2 and 3 layers of ruffles! Make these adorable and comfy elastic waist pants in a short amount of time! I show you an easy trick how to add more layers of ruffles!

The pants shown in the pictures are only an examples of what you can make with your own fabric and my sewing pattern! Pants are NOT included! Nor is the fabric.

You will need: fabric, a sewing machine, a serger/overlock machine (optional-note: ruffles are hemmed with a serger but you may finish the hems as desired but need to add to the ruffle length!), notions, elastics, scissors, iron and advanced sewing skills
