SEWING PATTERN for making a SHIRRED BUBBLE ROMPER:

You will receive: ONE (1) sewing pattern with pictured tutorial to make a romper with short legs sizes preemie through 4t. This romper requires sewing in elastic thread. This tutorial comes with instructions on how to make the skinny fabric ties shown in the title picture. The sleeves shown in the pictures can be made with my tutorial addition called SLEEVES & STRAPS. All other decorations are not included in the tutorial.

-it does NOT have full sized templates, only measurements to make this garment

-comes with handmade flower tutorial!

You will need: fabric, a sewing machine, serger (optional) notions, elastic thread, scissors, iron and intermediate to advanced sewing skills!
