SEWING PATTERN for making a ruffled up skirt: You will receive: ONE (1) sewing pattern with tutorial for all sizes ranging 6 month thru 16 girls (PLUS 18″ doll size!)

This skirt is full of ruffles and perfect for all those scraps and remnants!  Select color-coordinating fabrics or make a wild mix of colors/prints as I did for this example. Each size has 4 rows of ruffles. You want to have a serger to create the cute roll hems but even with a serger you can make this skirt. An optional tutorial shows you how to fold and sew the hems with a regular sewing machine. This takes time but it’s doable. Further you can make the ruffles from knit fabric as well! The garments shown is only an example of what you can make with your own fabric and my sewing pattern! Garment is NOT included! Nor is the fabric.

Tutorial contains:

•     easy to follow with lots of colored pictures (great for the advanced beginner with some sewing skills)
•     This pattern is “patternless” meaning you cut the pieces according to a sizing chart – easy peasy
•     There is only one PDF file to print!

Materials needed: fabric, a sewing machine, serger (optional but recommended) notions, elastic, scissors, iron
