You will receive: ONE (1) sewing pattern with pictured tutorial to make Frilly Bloomers in newborn through size 6 girls

These bloomers are so beautiful for that little bum and would make a great photo prop! You must have a serger to do the edges or add 1″ to the ruffle length to make up for a 1/4″ fold on top and bottom.
