This beautiful ruffle dress features a unique neckline. The gathered puff sleeves, lined bodice and no zippers or buttons (only for decoration) makes this dress a breeze to sew!
Suitable materials: quilters cotton, chambray, woven fabrics, lightweight corduroy, satin, sateen etc. anything non stretchy. The lining is best in cottons.
