SEWING PATTERN – ELASTIC BANDED SKIRTS sizes newborn through 14 girls!

You can use pre made ruffle fabric, knit fabric, cotton, anything lightweight! The waist has a wider band elastic which you can get at fabric stores or purchase polka dot ribbon elastic online. I give a source where I buy mine!:)
