It ties behind the neck and the cute fringe on the neckline is optional. The back has comfy elastic. This romper fits roomy around the chest, belly and hips and the crotch is harem style. Due to the nature of a romper, it might sit lower than regular pants and the regular length legs may have to be folded up. However, this pattern includes an additional tutorial on how to shorten the legs and how to adjust the templates to make shorts!
