This tube top style romper has an optional neck ruffle strap that is adorable and helps to keep the romper up for busy girls! The chest flounce with a slim ruffle gives this romper an extra touch. The strapless version is made with a sewn crotch since it’s easy to take off (just like high waisted shorts), but you can use the optional snap button tape tutorial to add a snap crotch.
